Environmental Impact:
The offset version of the book was be printed on 100% post consumer recycled paper produced with wind energy and printed with renewable non-petroleum based vegetable inks and a non- polluting water based plate process. Consolidated Printing has been setting the standard for “green” printing for 25 years. All of the books have been hand bound by Alyson, KJ and many other volunteers.

The letterpress version was printed with 100% woman power, literally. KJ and Alyson hand printed the books over the course of 6 months and have been completing the binding of the 50 limited edition copies since completion of the printing. All papers were 100% post consumer recycled paper produced with wind energy. All efforts were made to be as green as humanly possible with both versions of the books. Your support of the project by purchasing the books goes back into the events that will be hosted throughout the year. Thank you for your support!

We are proud to have finished this labor of love and are eager to share it with a larger audience.

Grow
Grow is a book that was developed by KJ Bradley and Alyson Beaton, and illustrated by Alyson Beaton. The book is designed to take a child (2-5 years of age) through a typical day implementing a “normal” routine that is likewise environmentally/socially sound. It is a way of teaching children very early on how easy it is to take steps for a cleaner earth.
